I have met so many women who had to become men in order to survive in their jobs that I’m sure they will at some point in their lives realize that underneath that facade of achievement there is a true woman waiting to blossom. I hope they are able to actualize their true identity before their health suffers. In the rush to gain acceptance in the male world so much has been sacrificed. And so much potential for change has been lost. I can’t believe my daughters twenty-three and eighteen years old are going out into this marketplace. I really thought things would be better by now. Maybe their generation will be the one to move things along.
