• How to Enter: To enter, visit www.LifeSpices.com (”Website”) and complete our survey about Home Water Consumption, please provide a valid email address before you exit. Entries will not qualify for the monthly random draw unless the contestant enters a valid email address . All information collected from the entry form will be held in accordance with LifeSpice’s (the “Sponsor”) privacy policy, which can be located on our Website. Personal information provided on the Entry Form will be used only for the purpose of administering the Contest and/or lead information if not currently a LifeSpices customer. Entry is limited to one entry per e-mail address per 90 day period.

Eligibility: Contest is open to individual legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, except employees (and members of those employees’ household) of LifeSpices.

• The Winners: A review of the qualified entries will be conducted on a regular basis by a panel of judges picked by LifeSpices . The judges will evaluate the entries for completion and quality of response. Winners will be selected at the end of the month by a random draw. Chances of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
• Winner Notification/Verification: Reasonable attempts will be made by the Sponsor to contact the potential winner by email within 5 days of the Draw Date. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of winner’s name for promotional purposes worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within the specified time, Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify that entrant and to randomly draw another eligible entry in accordance with these Contest Rules. By entering, you agree that if the selected entrant is disqualified and the prize is forfeited for any reason, the Sponsor shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard. Winner will be sent the prize by mail. It is the winner’s responsibility to contact LifeSpices within 30 days from notification if they have not received their prize for the Sponsor to correct the situation. If winner fails to inform LifeSpices of not receiving the prize within 30 days of notification, LifeSpices will not be held responsible to replace the prize, unless beyond winner’s control such as damage or loss by delivery service.

  • General: This Contest is subject to all applicable laws. The decisions of the independent judging organization on all aspects of the Contest are final and binding on all entrants in all respects. Subject to the jurisdiction in
    Quebec of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jéux, Sponsors reserve the right in their absolute discretion to modify, withdraw or suspend this Contest at any time and for any reason without prior notification. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, reproduced or otherwise altered entries. All such entries shall be disqualified. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, or deleted computer or network transmissions, which may limit the ability to participate in the contest. Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability of any kind for any injury or damage which may be caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by entering the website or downloading any material or programs from the Website.

• For Quebec residents only: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
